Returns
You have 48 hours from the date of purchase to return items in unused and original condition for a refund or exchange
Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the same packaging. Opened or used items cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Title to Returned Items
Ivotia does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center, or receipt is confirmed by the seller.
Product Accuracy
Ivotia makes every effort to provide accurate and reliable product descriptions and content. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, prices, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If you receive a product that is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Items Fulfilled by Ivotia (IF)
If your order includes items Fulfilled by Ivotia (IF), we will manage the delivery, and our customer service will handle any related issues. Our 48-hour return guarantee will apply to these items.
For items not marked as Fulfilled by Ivotia (IF), the third-party seller is responsible for delivery, and the buyer assumes any associated risks
Delivery & Shipping
Items Fulfilled by Ivotia (IF) are dispatched from an Ivotia Fulfillment Center, and all Ivotia standard delivery rates and policies apply. International delivery may not be available for all items.
When we dispatch your order, we’ll provide you with the carrier, dispatch date, and estimated delivery date in your account and in your delivery confirmation email.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +43 677 62489205. We will arrange a return and send a replacement at no extra cost.
Exchanges
