Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our team with administrative tasks, customer service, and other essential duties. You’ll be responsible for managing emails, handling customer inquiries, organizing schedules, and assisting with various online operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp
  • Assisting with order processing and inventory management
  • Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
  • General administrative support and data entry
  • Maintaining customer records and updating them as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for flexible working hours
